We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a small team environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves wearing multiple hats, from content creation to campaign management. As a key member of clickclimb.studio, you’ll drive digital campaigns that align with our values and goals while directly contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Craft engaging social media posts, blogs, and newsletters to build brand awareness.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
SEO: Optimise our website and content for search engines to boost visibility and rankings.
Analytics: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
Social Media Management: Manage our social accounts, grow our audience, and foster engagement.
Client Collaboration: Assist in creating marketing strategies for clients’ web projects where applicable.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and refine marketing strategies to align with company growth goals.About You
About You
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
Proficiency in social media platforms and advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design (experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Ability to create and manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp experience preferred).
Experience with website tools like Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress is advantageous.
